This is the eastern boundary of the Gaviota Coast. On the left we see the Devereaux lagoon (Coal Oil Point is just beyond), looking west to the Elwood/Santa Barbara Shores area.  Note the absence of the Costco center and the new residential development behind Francisco Torres, mid-right.
